Hit the town with the bar crowd, got that old song in my head. There’s a lot stuff buried in these neck-of-the-woods that’s what uncle Johnny said, and I ain’t never met drunk woman that’s afraid to speak her mind but ya come home late to find that real estate is steadily on decline but I don’t ask about her night and she don’t ask about mine. We take an apple and leave just like Adam and Eve and everything will be just fine.

Last time I hit the city news came down the wire and someone was running around the town and they were setting the town on fire. I was white as a ghost cuz I smelled like smoke and my clothes were covered in wine and you know as well as me honey, I got a thing for losing time. But I don’t ask about her night, she don’t ask about mine. We’ll take an apple and leave just like Adam and Eve and everything will be just fine.

One thing you can’t argue, everyone gone die! Based on that I can’t understand why you would not want to get high. On my lap is a treasure map you know it ain’t no friend of mine, and this whole world they want diamonds and pearls and I’m pulling up nickels and dimes but I don’t ask about your business, if you don’t ask about mine.
